Description
Skilfully blended from selected Grenache and Caladoc grape varieties captures the mood of summer in the Mediterranean-style climate in the southern Rhône valley, towards Provence. The Caladoc grape is a cross between Grenache and Malbec and brings added fruit and spice to the bouquet. Here, the marriage with Grenache works really well, delivering a characterful rosé hinting at wild strawberries mingled with a faint whisper of wild herb and spice. Dry and crisp, the wine also shows good texture and concentration, ensuring that it will be equally at home served with lighter food or simply enjoyed as an apéritif.
About the estate
Authenticity and quality are the key drivers for Fabrice Boint and his family, who own three estates across the Provencal region. Working with nature rather than against it is a central pillar of their life and work credo. The vines have been certified organic since 1998.
